Selection is independent, merit-based, and non-discriminatory. Donors do not select recipients.

Who Can Apply

Open internationally to undergraduate students worldwide.

Students at community colleges, junior colleges, or four-year universities
Institution must be regionally accredited (or equivalent)
Institution must have a non-discrimination policy
Open to any nationality — Kaharagian affiliation not required

Students who struggled in traditional schooling but remain devoted to education are strongly encouraged to apply.
